A Not So Perfect Life

Author's Note: Almost everybody that they could have a stress-free perfect life. Though, it always seems as if our lives are completely the opposite of that. In my response to a quote you'll see  that a not so perfect life wouldn't be terrible.

"Being happy doesn’t mean everything is perfect, it means  you’ve decided to see beyond the imperfections and except your life as it is". This quote stood out to me in a very special way. It's probably because I can make a personal connection to it. I always thought my life wasn't as good as it could be and I always wanted something better. That would mean that I wanted everything the way I wanted and that I had everything that I wanted. That would be a perfect life right? Well if you take everything in life and compare it to perfection, that certain thing would loose. Nothing, not one single thing in life is perfect. It's human nature to have flaws, if you or your life didn’t have flaws well you wouldn’t  be truly "human". Everyone dreams of just living in Hawaii and going to the beach everyday. Then again those are dreams. Think about it, if you lived every single day on the beach and had no chaotic stress in your life it would be pretty boring. Stress isn't the most fun thing but it gets your adrenalin racing and it gets you thinking that it's just your human flaws acting up again. So when you get to those stressful moments and you want everything to be perfect you have to realize that a perfect life would be your dreams and dreams are fun for a little while but eventually they get boring.  You wouldn’t  have anything to deal with or confront. So excepting your life is the only chance we have as humans. Once you except your life things will fall in to place and it will turn out to actually be a dream. But it will be a dream. But a realistic one,  not a fantasy dream.
